We offer a full 12-months warranty for all new parts and a 6-months warranty for restored parts and exchange assistance (unless different specification). So, if there is a problem within 6 or 12 months before date invoicing, don’t hesitate to contact our Commercial Team that will help you and show you what you have to do.

First of all, we’ll always try to repair defective parts in one of our maintenance centres or affiliate locals. If the defective part could result irreparable or the reparation could last several time, we can proceed with a sostitution of a new part of the same . If the sostitutive part can’t be repaired, we will give you back the total amount of money with transport costs included.

New products

All the new articles are covered by a builder original warranty (OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturer).

We are not responsible in no way for any damages, until and not more, for the amount of money you deposited to us.

Besides, we are not responsible for indirect damages of the interested part or profit decline.

If not specifically indicated, all the restored or exchange parts we provide work properly, and they are covered by our  biannual or annual warranty policy.

If, after examination, the product is irreparable or irreplaceable, we will proceed to return you the amount of money.

Repairs
